Through My Lens…

Hi, and welcome to Chloe Motzouris Photography! I'm thrilled to unveil my new website and share my love for photography with you all. My business has been up and running for the past 18 months, but now being on the world wide web feels like a major milestone.

Kirstie from Papillion Web Design has been incredible in bringing this website to life. I’m so grateful for her patience with my limited IT skills, many zoom chats and support. If you're thinking of building or enhancing a website, Kirstie is the person to go to, without a doubt.

A bit about me: I grew up in Perth, travelled around Australia and landed in the South West of WA in my early twenties.  I have a very supportive husband and two beautiful children, Jackson and Skye.  Life is very sweet.

Growing up around cameras, thanks to my dad's 40-year career as a photographer for the West Australian Newspaper. His achievements, including covering the Atlanta Olympic games, inspired me. When COVID hit, I finally took the plunge, enrolling in a year-long professional photography course. It's been an absolute game-changer.

For 17 years, I've been a nurse, mostly in emergency care. The pandemic took its toll, but photography became my balance. While nursing will always be close to my heart, this new photography venture lights me up.

Seeing my photos in the local newspaper or on business websites gives me such a rush. It feels like I've inherited a bit of my dad's passion. Balancing nursing and photography has brought new perspectives and creativity to my life.

Through this blog, I want to share the emotions and stories I capture through my lens. Take a look around my website and join me in freezing moments in time.

Thanks for being a part of this exciting journey!

Warmly, Chloe x
